Very interesting installment, Chris. This genre of filmmaking is a pretty sad one. The films are essentially misogynist BDSM fantasies with some kind of bullshit “validation” – like it’s a cautionary tale, revenge fable, or in this case hilariously, a historical account. From the triumvirate of exploitation guys behind the scenes, you created a vivid picture of three points of view converging into one sad fantasy of a film. Thank you for adding such dimension into something that has been overlooked, you impressed me once again. Take care!
