Just listened to the podcast. Thanks for the mention. I got a big kick out of hearing the song. My wife has her Kristy and Jimmy album from that era. I was glad to hear you enjoyed the movie as well. Here’s something that didn’t hit me until you read my review. Did 1981 audiences feel the same way about Bo’s character that most of us do today? I don’t have the answer. My gut tells me they were more with Bo then against. I grew up in North West Indiana and it was not a very tolerate place. Anyway,just a random thought.
